Abundant Life Family Gathering

Abundant Life Women's Ministries, in partnership with Rusk CRC, is hosting a family gathering to encourage and equip you to make disciples in Christ and help women in unplanned pregnancies.

• Have you ever considered what it would be like to be the woman who finds herself in an unplanned pregnancy?
• Have you wondered what it's like for the man who is the father?
• Do you know what you would say to them?
• Do you know what they need to hear?

Abortion is not just a woman's issue. It's a human and spiritual issue that affects all of society.

Come with your entire family to hear first-hand testimonies of two women and one man who made the wrong choice to end the lives of their children through abortion. You will learn the devasting effects of abortion and the redeeming power of God's love.

Hear testimony from women who are serving on the sidewalk in front of the abortion clinic and the number of lives saved through their ministry.

Learn from a mom and her children how God has called and equipped them to defend life using Biblical and logical reasoning.

Why is this important?

Because we need to be a voice for the voiceless and help others not make this deadly decision, and if they have, we need to help them heal and be reconciled to the Lord.

This gathering aims to show different ways you can fight for life and share the gospel.

Breakout topics covered are:

• How to minister to abortion-minded women and men.
• How to minister to post-abortive women and men.
• How to teach your children the value of preborn children and the importance of defending them.

You will get a first-hand look at what it takes to do outreach on the sidewalk outside the abortion facility and how to have meaningful conversations that invite transformation.

We will conclude with an open forum, where our speakers will answer your questions.

There is no charge for this event. It is our gift to God's people who desire the abundant life Jesus offers and want to serve like Christ.

We will begin the day with a brief time of worship and prayer, then hear testimonies and teachings from God's Word to build one another up in the faith and be equipped for the work of the ministry. Coffee and light snacks will be available.
